Bilingual HR Generalist: Recruiting, Onboarding & Benefits

RPM xConstruction, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, and daily HR operations in a bilingual environment. You will manage postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy. You will maintain employee records in HRIS, handle payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and leave administration (FMLA and medical leaves), while protecting data confidentiality and applying HR regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ultipro
