Currently, the organization is seeking a Director of FP& A to serve as a key member of its finance and enterprise leadership teams. This is an opportunity to influence how the firm plans, allocates resources, measures performance, and makes strategic decisions. The Director will lead enterprise FP& A while serving as a strategic advisor to senior finance and business executives. The role will translate complex financial and operating information into clear insights that help leadership identify opportunities, manage risk, improve performance, and support sustainable growth.

Working closely with the CFO and Sr. VP, the Director of FP& A will continue to modernize and influence the FP& A function. This means leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve efficiency and scalability. The position offers significant visibility and the opportunity to help shape the evolution of finance across a complex global organization. The ideal candidate will bring significant enterprise-level FP& A experience, ideally within a publicly traded or similarly complex global organization.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a finance executive who wants to operate beyond traditional FP& A and have a meaningful voice in enterprise strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, and financial performance across a complex global organization.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight, identify opportunities and risks, and support growth, investment, and resource allocation decisions.
• Advance processes, reporting, analytics, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Develop clear, forward-looking analysis and presentations that help senior leadership understand performance and make informed strategic decisions.
• Lead and develop FP& A talent while fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and a strong commitment to the organization’s principles and long-term objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred.
• Significant enterprise-level FP& A, strategic finance, or corporate finance leadership experience within a complex or global organization; public company experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex financial and operating information into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and communicating effectively with executive leadership and boards.
• Demonstrated experience driving finance transformation through process improvement, automation, analytics, and technology, with the ability to operate effectively in a collaborative environment focused on sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
