JIRA Administrator

Job Title Required Skills: 8+ years of experience in Jira Administration/Architecture. 3+ years hands-on experience with Jira Data Center deployment and management. Expertise in Linux server administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) and shell scripting. Strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle DB. Experience in migrating from Server to Data Center or Cloud environments. Proficient with Script Runner, REST APIs, and Groovy scripting for automation/customization. Experience with integrating Jira with tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps. Proven experience in workflows, custom fields, permissions schemes, notification schemes. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills with ability to train and mentor technical and non-technical users. Syntricate Technologies
