A fast-growing startup is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to take ownership of day-to-day management and help scale the company. This role requires a strong operational leader who can hire, train, and oversee team members while improving processes and driving organizational growth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing daily operations across departments
- Hiring, training, and managing team members
- Implementing and improving operational processes
- Creating and tracking KPIs to support growth
- Ensuring smooth workflows and organizational efficiency
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations leadership
- Ability to manage and scale teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Process-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Startup experience preferred
Salary: $150k/Year
