WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own recruitment from sourcing to hiring Find candidates for difficult-to-fill positions Proactively source through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels Screen and interview candidates Work directly with managers to understand hiring needs Manage multiple openings and keep pipelines moving Recommend qualified candidates and help close the hire Continuously improve our recruiting process
