We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Recruitment Coordinator professional to join UNEW, Inc. to help lead our people operations and support our growing global team! Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Hiring: Identify staffing needs, advertise job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions. Onboarding and Employee Relations: Support new hires during their first few weeks, address employee concerns, and mediate workplace disputes. Compensation and Benefits: Administer salary and benefits programs, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage payroll. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs and develop employee skills and knowledge. Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems. Qualifications 3-5+ years of human resources experience required; one to two years of human resources corporate recruiting experience preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. A Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, effective oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work. Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices. Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and have the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
