Monitor Resident Wellbeing: Assess, document, and respond to changes in residents’ conditions. Administer Medications & Treatments: Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient medication management and interventions. Promote a Safe Environment: Maintain compliance with infection control and regulatory standards. Lead with Compassion: Mentor and support CNAs, fostering a positive and professional team culture.
