Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $36.00/hour
Duration: Contract, 3+ months

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to serve as the first point of contact for candidates and play a key role in representing the company’s culture, values, and opportunities. This is a high-impact, candidate-facing role responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a range of positions, from Warehouse Associates to senior operational leadership roles. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and be comfortable working onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and build pipelines of qualified warehouse and operational candidates
• Conduct proactive outreach including cold calling and direct sourcing
• Review resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications and role fit
• Manage job postings across ATS, company career sites, and job boards
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within the ATS
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Extend and facilitate job offers
• Initiate and track background checks and drug screening processes
• Support general administrative tasks related to the hiring process
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience
• At least 1 year of experience recruiting within a warehouse or light industrial environment
• Strong experience working in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments
• Candidate-centric mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred, but not required)
• Proven ability in sourcing, interviewing, and full-cycle recruiting
