Position Overview EPES Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A drivers for regional routes. You will drive regional routes, focus on consistency, and be home on most weekends. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary: $63,000 – $90,000+ Revised CPM: .60 – .75 CPM Monthly utilization bonus up to .09 CPM Pay structure: 75% drop & hook / 99% no‑touch customer freight Optional per diem pay Late‑model equipment with inverters and idle solutions Assigned driver manager and 24/7 support Paid orientation (2 days) Benefits start within 30 days: medical, dental, vision; 401(k) company match after 90 days; paid vacation and seven paid holidays (eligible from hire); breakdown, HazMat and additional pay opportunities; referral bonus, pet policy upon approval; wellness coach support Home parking if living outside a 30‑mile radius of a terminal Requirements Valid CDL‑A license At least 21 years old 1 year of verifiable experience within the last 3 years OR 2 years within the last 5 years Stable work history Responsibilities Drive regional routes while ensuring safety and maintaining schedules.
