Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and intake sessions for couples and families, understanding their unique dynamics and challenges.

• Offer individual therapy sessions for family members, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, sibling conflicts, and blended family dynamics.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to improve communication and resolve conflicts.
\n
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each individual and family’s needs, with measurable goals and ongoing progress evaluations.

• Document all client interactions meticulously to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings to share insights, engage in peer supervision, and stay updated on best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and life experiences. You will specialize in therapeutic practices addressing:

• Emotional struggles stemming from physical or psychological trauma.

• Grief and loss, including adjustment to life transitions such as separation and divorce.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. In addition, our compensation package includes:
