What you'll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in educational settings
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
• Proficiency with assessments, treatment planning, and IEP development
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage caseloads, documentation, and scheduling responsibilities effectively

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting evaluations and developing appropriate therapy plans for students with varied speech and language needs
• Providing direct and consultative speech and language services to students individually or in groups
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals to support educational access and inclusion
• Documenting progress, preparing reports, and contributing to IEP meetings as a valued team member
• Assisting with prevention, intervention, and management of communication disorders within the school setting
• Staying current with best practices and strategies in school-based speech-language pathology
