About the Role This role is 5 Days on‑site As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization. You’ll be responsible for supporting core accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and helping the company make informed financial decisions. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Responsibilities Own full cycle Accounts Payable: review vendor setup, GL invoice coding, check requests, expense reports, and vendor payments. Manage vendor relationships and address payment issues promptly. Reconcile credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepaids, amortizations, reclassifications, and inter‑company allocations. Assist with month‑end close tasks per close calendar, including preparation of detailed supporting schedules. Assist with monthly flux analysis for the balance sheet and income statement to identify variances and trends. Work cross‑functionally with People, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies. Support implementation and maintenance of new ERP software and other initiatives. Any other projects assigned by the Controller. Qualifications Candidates with early‑stage startup experience preferred. Experience managing AP functions and month‑end close activities in an early‑stage startup. Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant experience. Experience in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently. Experience owning or supporting software implementations (preferred). Benefits The base salary for this full‑time position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 , in addition to benefits.
