Summary This position is responsible for duties such as Bookkeeping (Accounts Payable [AP] & Accounts Receivable [AR]), Bank Reconciliation, Journal Entries, and General Ledger Reconciliation. Strong communication skills are required, especially when working with coworkers. Essential Duties Daily Tasks Process customer's invoices, allocate to proper income type, division & state and book related commission expense & internal income transfer journal entry when it is necessary Make payment for advanced exchanged for deal Reconcile bank accounts Make entries for electronic cash receipt and notice to branches Communicate with co-workers Weekly Tasks Deposit checks, make entry when it is necessary and process AP invoice & W-9 verification for new vendors Monthly Tasks Take care Mastercard entries and monitor aged AR report to division and collect response Working Hours, Working Style 9:00-17:00 EST, 1 hour paid lunch break, possible but unlikely overtime on weekdays after 5 PM Qualifications Requirements Bachelor degree in Accounting with 1-year of accounting work experience Associate degree in Accounting with 2-year of accounting work experience Preferences Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Highly proficient in Excel Strong communication skill Japanese language skills (not a must but preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Quick
