Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical rehabilitation needs
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
• New graduates welcome to apply!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong assessment and problem-solving skills
