Edenbrook of Oshkosh, a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is now hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations. Position: Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Primary Job Responsibilities Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct the resident's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs. Provides treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist. Instructs families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist. Communicates with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition. Qualifications Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing. A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program. Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills. Experience in skilled nursing, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred. #INDTHERAPY #J-18808-Ljbffr
