Assistant, Planner

Specific Responsibilities Would Include Overview: Off-White/Avirex is seeking a dynamic Assistant Planner to join its Planning team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and works well collaboratively. The Assistant Planner will play a key role in driving data analysis, supporting wholesale and direct-to-consumer (DTC) planning, and contributing to financial reporting as the company continues its transformation. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and format all Omni-channel monthly reporting data Support management of wholesale topside by account Conduct historical sales analysis to inform seasonal hindsight reviews Assist with monthly close processes for wholesale and DTC channels Identify risks and opportunities impacting sales and gross margin performance Develop and enhance ad hoc Omni-channel analytics and reporting Assist in building Open-to-Buy (OTB) class plans for DTC and wholesale, including Omni roll-ups Analyze size selling performance for DTC and provide actionable recommendations to buyers Translate top-down financial targets into detailed merchandise plans Support in-season forecasting processes Prepare sales orders and gross margin recap reports by division and customer Track monthly deliveries and analyze their impact on sales performance Monitor invoiced sales and forecast alignment Assist with monthly reporting for Centric Brands Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have Bachelor’s degree required Strong retail math and advanced Excel skills Demonstrated analytical and business acumen Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency In return, we provide an industry-competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401(k), Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, excellent career development opportunities, and a work environment that reflects our industry leadership.
