Studio Manager

We're seeking a dynamic General Manager for our modern wellness studio to lead our team and drive our mission forward. As the General Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations and sales, lead a passionate team, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for wellness, proven sales and management skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership &Team Management Recruit, train, and manage a motivated, high-performing team Foster a positive, collaborative culture that encourages staff development and accountability Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and growth opportunities Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance with deadlines Operational Management Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and running smoothly Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain high-quality experiences Manage inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance, including preventative care and service agreements Ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA requirements, injury and illness prevention, and emergency preparedness; conduct safety training quarterly Review and respond to incident reports, following up with clients and team members as appropriate Client Relations Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns with care and urgency Develop strategies to increase client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities Drive in-studio sales, setting ambitious goals and coaching the team to convert new guests into members Manage promotional campaigns and loyalty programs to attract and retain clients Identify local growth opportunities by cultivating relationships with businesses, wellness professionals, and community organizations Stay current on all services, products, and benefits to sell confidently with a service-first approach Develop and manage the studio budget, including revenue forecasting and cost control Track financial performance against sales targets, profit margins, and operational expense benchmarks Analyze financial reports and dashboards weekly to identify trends, improve efficiencies, and meet profitability goals WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of management experience with direct team leadership; wellness, fitness, or hospitality background a plus Proven sales ability and a genuine service-first mindset Natural leader with a passion for motivating a team toward a shared goal and a talent for coaching Clear, warm, and direct communicator with both staff and clients Highly organized with sharp time management; able to juggle operations, people, and financials simultaneously Sound judgment and initiative; comfortable making decisions independently Collaborative by nature, with a talent for bringing people together around shared goals Hungry to learn, quick to adapt, and open to feedback Genuinely passionate about wellness and our mission #J-18808-Ljbffr Colvin Resources Group
