Overview

A large scale bakery and food processing plant located in Lula, GA is seeking (2) Customer Service Representatives to perform B2B Customer Service within their call center area. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Hours are M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm and pay is $23 per hour. This is a temp to hire opportunity and once perm, company paid benefits will be offered. Until then, we offer Medical, Dental and vision at group rates. These positions will go quickly so please submit your resume ASAP!

Job Summary

To support SCM (Supply chain management) operations by promptly resolving customer inquiries and logistics issues.

Key Responsibilities

·       Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

·       Identify and resolve logistics-related issues as they arise

·       Monitor shipment progress and proactively flag delays or discrepancies

·       Coordinate and follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure issue resolution

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across relevant systems

·       Handle and process additional orders from stored in a timely and professional manner.

·       Manage and maintain driver check-in records for truck drivers upon arrival for pickups.

·       Manage check-in processes for Will Call orders.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Service or SCM (Supply Chain Management) /Logistics preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Must be fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates strongly preferred.
