Sales Director

• Own the revenue growth strategy for Charlotte and lead the local team in executing it
• Run performance across revenue teams, setting and exceeding a high bar
• Analyze revenue and attainment data to identify underperformance early
• Build sales processes and frameworks for the next phase of growth
• Build and elevate Wayflyer's profile in the region
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, partnerships, finance, and marketing
• Manage second-line leadership responsibilities and build a high-performance culture
• Set the tone for the Charlotte office as the most senior leader on the ground

Requirements

• Experience taking a revenue function from scrappy to scaled
• Ideally led across more than one function (BDR, AE, or CS)
• Managed both individual contributors and other managers
• Owned a P&L
• Experience scaling an office or region from the ground up is a bonus
• Understanding of eCommerce and revenue-based financing is a bonus
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is located, now and in the future
