Role Description The Director of Sales is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and growing the sales organization across the Carolinas and surrounding markets. This position oversees sales strategy, pipeline development, and key account management for convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and other foodservice and retail clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting revenue targets, managing sales operations, coaching and developing sales team members, and coordinating closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing support. The Director of Sales will identify new business opportunities, cultivate long-term relationships with distributors and end customers, and represent Price Davis, LLC at industry events and virtual meetings. This role also involves using data and sales tools to forecast performance, refine go-to-market plans, and reinforce the company’s reputation for personalized, high-quality service. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Sales and Sales Operations, including prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, and contract negotiation. Proficiency in Customer Service, with a track record of building strong client relationships and resolving complex issues in a professional manner. Experience in Team Management, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive sales culture. Capabilities in Business Development, such as market analysis, strategic partnerships, and expanding accounts within foodservice or retail environments. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting and across diverse teams. Comfort with CRM systems and basic sales analytics tools; ability to use data to drive decisions and improve sales processes. Prior leadership experience in equipment, foodservice, retail, or related industries is highly beneficial.
