About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) with a strong focus on customer-centric, business-minded technology leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating the role of technology as a strategic business partner, enhancing the end-to-end customer eCommerce experience, and driving the transformation of systems, tools, and workflows. This pivotal role requires a leader who can leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and outcomes, build a high-performing technology organization, and ensure that digital capabilities are data-driven and intuitive. The CIO will also be tasked with strategic leadership, team development, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a leader-first mindset, with a proven track record of executive influence, and the ability to build AI-enabled teams. A minimum of 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, particularly in direct-to-consumer industry and eCommerce, is essential. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in technology and innovation, including experience in leading AI strategy and customer-centric digital transformation. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's, and the ideal candidate will have a broad technical depth across various IT domains, strong cybersecurity and risk management expertise, and a demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with business outcomes. Financial management, budgeting expertise, and a strong communication and executive presence are also key qualifications for this role.
