OffersBase salary up to $95,000/year and comprehensive benefits include:Medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceHSA and FSA available401(k) with company matchPaid time off & company holidaysTuition reimbursement for continued developmentEmployee broadband discountsWhat You’ll Do:Include but are not limited to the following:Partner & InfluenceBuild strong relationships with leaders to align people strategies with business goalsServe as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policies, and performanceDrive Employee ExperienceLead and enhance onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success from day oneChampion initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, and cultureLeverage Data & InsightsUse data and HR systems (Workday) to identify trends and guide decisionsImprove people programs through insights, feedback, and best practicesDevelop TalentPartner with Learning & Development to align training with business needsSupport career development and growth across the organizationEnsure Compliance & ConsistencyProvide guidance on employment laws, leave programs, and policiesMitigate risk while maintaining a positive employee experienceCollaborate Across TeamsWork closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Centers of ExcellenceSupport workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding strategiesWhat You Bring:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
