Prime Medicine is seeking a talented Scientist I in Cambridge, MA to join the Guide Chemistry team. The role focuses on long guide RNA synthesis, chemical deprotection, purification, and applying novel chemistries to boost guide RNA potency and quality. Experience with MerMade 12 and Dr. Oligo synthesizers is preferred. You will collaborate with Analytical Development, Biology, Formulation, and TDO to advance gene editing programs toward the clinic, troubleshoot challenges, and mentor junior #J-18808-Ljbffr Prime Medicine, Inc.
