Business Analyst

Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements. Conduct As-Is / To-Be analysis , process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap analysis. Facilitate workshops and meetings with executives, SMEs, business units, and technical teams. Develop business requirements, functional/technical specifications, use cases, business rules, and process documentation. Create process models, workflows, context diagrams, and technical overviews using Visio . Support functional, regression, integration, data validation, load, and performance testing. Support modernization, migration, remediation, and application sunset initiatives. Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Develop business cases and feasibility studies. Prepare executive-ready presentations and analysis. Work with stakeholders throughout the SDLC and Agile/Hybrid lifecycle.
