Network Real Estate Specialist III

Join a leading telecommunications organization that is expanding and maintaining one of the nation's largest wireless networks. As a Network Real Estate Specialist III, you will play a key role in managing real estate site modifications for macro network sites while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Network Real Estate Specialist III Responsibilities

• Manage real estate site modification projects for wireless macro sites across Northern California and Nevada.
• Oversee site acquisition vendors, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
• Conduct lease due diligence, zoning reviews, site visits, and attend public hearings when required.
• Represent the company in communications and negotiations with landlords and their representatives.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve lease, real estate, and network-critical issues, escalating risks with recommended solutions.
• Coordinate with RF Engineering, Construction, Legal, Network Operations, Fiber, and Implementation teams.
• Manage vendor purchase orders, financial invoicing, and project tracking through FUZE and other project management tools.
• Review construction drawings, RF data sheets, leases, and related documentation to support project execution.

Network Real Estate Specialist III Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, real estate, site acquisition, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing vendors, projects, and competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of land use, zoning regulations, environmental policies, and real estate acquisition.
• Experience interpreting contracts, legal documentation, and financial terms.
• Background in project management, construction, legal, or contract administration.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, RF data sheets, and wireless site leases.
• Proficiency with relational databases, web-based applications, and project tracking software.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
