Process Technician

Hands‑on technician role supporting assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of complex instruments. Works closely with engineering to keep production running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assemble, test, and troubleshoot instruments Own process for assigned line (safety, quality, delivery, cost) Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and integrated systems Support engineering with testing, validation, and improvements Handle quality notifications, deviations, and rework Train operators on processes and troubleshooting Drive continuous improvement and process updates Maintain work instructions and documentation Perform root cause analysis and basic DOE work Follow GMP and safety standards Qualifications Required Associate’s degree or equivalent experience Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read drawings and schematics Experience with tools (oscilloscope, torque tools, gauges) Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Preferred Regulated environment experience Lean / CI exposure Experience with process improvements or quality investigations #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
