Associate – Life Sciences Licensing
Location: New York, NY
Experience Level: 3+ years
Practice Group: Healthcare and Life Sciences Licensing
Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a corporate associate with 3+ years of experience in life sciences licensing to join a highly respected team in New York.
About the Role:
You’ll work with leading clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors , advising on:
IP licensing and collaboration agreements
Technology transfer and R&D agreements
Drafting and negotiating key transactional documents in the healthcare/life sciences space
Preferred Background:
Biology, Chemistry, or related science degree , or hands-on biopharma industry experience
Strong negotiation and drafting skills
A passion for working at the crossroads of science, law, and business innovation
