Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate in Atlantic City, NJ. This role offers flexibility in location and involves substantive, high-quality deal work. The ideal candidate will have autonomy over their work environment and will engage in mid-market M&A and venture capital transactions. Duties Engage in mid-market M&A and venture capital transactions. Draft stock and asset purchase agreements. Interact directly with clients and handle routine matters independently. Manage major acquisitions and divestiture activities. Requirements 4 to 6 years of corporate and transactional experience. Licensed to practice in specified jurisdictions. Strong writing skills and academic record. Familiarity with NVCA documents. Large law firm experience preferred. Education Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Certifications Licensed to practice law in specified jurisdictions. Skills Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to handle complex transactions independently.
