Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients to understand their backgrounds, challenges, and therapeutic needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and evidence-based practices.

• Provide both individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to enhance outcomes.

• Lead Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group sessions, promoting a collaborative environment for sharing experiences and support among participants.

• Engage in ongoing treatment team discussions, actively participating in client discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including therapy notes and insurance reviews, to comply with organizational standards.

• Foster therapeutic alliances with clients, families, and healthcare providers to promote a holistic approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on working with adolescents and young adults during pivotal developmental stages of their lives. The therapist will address various issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns, empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively. By providing personalized therapy aligned with their specific needs, our therapists aim to create lasting, positive changes in the lives of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current LMFT license in California or multiple states is required.

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a proven commitment to ethical and professional standards in practice.

• At least two years of relevant experience in providing therapy to individuals and families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with relational, experiential, and systemic therapeutic modalities is highly valued.

• Proficiency in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and/or Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

• A strong passion for working with adolescents and young adults to foster positive therapeutic relationships.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering therapy services online with effective client engagement strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000.00 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
