Patient Access Center Ambassador: Scheduling & Support
Westchester Medical Center
Westchester Medical Center is seeking an Access Center Ambassador to be the frontline contact for patients, answering high volumes of calls to schedule and coordinate appointments, answer questions, and route inquiries within our physician enterprise. You will support first call resolution and uphold our CARE values while maintaining patient confidentiality. Responsibilities include verifying demographics, updating records, and using Cerner and other platforms to manage scheduling. #J-18808-Ljbffr Westchester Medical Center
