Business Litigation Associate

Business Litigation Associate Location: Palo Alto, CA A leading international law firm is seeking an Associate with at least 2 years of commercial litigation experience to join its Business Litigation practice in Palo Alto. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes disputes within a dynamic and collaborative litigation platform. Associates will gain exposure to complex commercial matters while working closely with experienced litigators on strategic case development and advocacy. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs Conduct legal research and factual analysis on sophisticated legal issues Support case strategy and litigation planning Assist with depositions, hearings and trial preparation Manage multiple assignments within fast-paced litigation matters Who You Are Minimum 2 years of commercial litigation experience Experience at a comparable law firm preferred Strong academic credentials from a recognised law school Excellent writing, analytical and research skills Ability to manage multiple high-level assignments simultaneously Admitted to practice in California or eligible for admission Compensation Salary: $235,000+ (DOE) Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits, life and disability insurance, parental leave, fertility benefits, four weeks' vacation, sick leave and paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Of: Professional Services
