Director, HRBP

Ipsen seeks a Director of Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a senior strategic advisor to North America Commercial leadership. This role drives people, organizational, and talent strategies aligned with business performance, launch readiness, and growth across oncology, rare disease, and neuroscience portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary strategic HR advisor to Commercial leadership on organizational effectiveness and talent strategy
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives supporting portfolio expansion and launches
- Partner on talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership capability development across therapeutic areas
- Drive organizational readiness for major commercial launches including structure optimization and capability assessment
- Develop and recommend multi-year workforce strategies aligned with business growth objectives
Requirements
- Senior HR business partnership experience in commercial or pharmaceutical environments
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and understanding of business strategy execution
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Experience leading talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operate in matrixed organizations
- Strong track record managing organizational transformation and change initiatives
