University Relations CoordinatorWe are seeking a University Relations Coordinator to support campus recruiting and intern program operations. This role serves as a key operational and logistical partner supporting university recruiting efforts and intern programs.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate travel, accommodations, interview logistics, and expense tracking and reimbursements.Manage candidate tracking systems and applicant distribution.Coordinate logistics for career fairs and recruiting events (shipping, tracking, setup, returns)Assist with planning and execution of summer intern programs.Set up and manage events in Yello (scheduling, interview panels, event details)Manage vendor relationships, invoicing, and expense tracking.Partner with University Relations Advisors and Program LeadsOnboarding, project coordination, mentor assignmentsIntern events, field trips, and presentationsPerformance evaluations and offer processesTrack recruiting metrics and campus participation dataAssist with monthly and quarterly Talent Acquisition reportingEnsure compliance with hiring policies and Affirmative Action requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field2+ years of professional experience1+ year of university recruiting or university relations experienceExperience supporting advising or university relations teams is a strong plusStrong organizational and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)Experience with recruiting/event platforms (Yello preferred, Handshake a plus)Familiarity with Workday or other ATS systems preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentMust meet conditional job offer requirements including hair follicle
