Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Analyst:
- Analyze employment related policies, procedures, and operational practices to assess regulatory compliance and organizational risk.
- Conduct detailed compliance reviews and provide actionable recommendations that support adherence to applicable labor and employment requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across business functions to address findings, prioritize improvements, and support corrective action efforts.
- Prepare and present risk assessments, audit results, and compliance reports for leadership audiences, including senior management.
- Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and help guide the development of processes that strengthen compliance controls and governance practices.
- Demonstrated experience performing employment, labor, or human resources compliance assessments within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of United States employment regulations, with knowledge of Canadian employment laws or the ability to quickly develop expertise in that area.
- Background supporting large organizations with complex structures and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to evaluate compliance vulnerabilities, recommend improvements, and drive resolution of identified issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering findings and recommendations to executive level leadership.
