Day Shift Dozer Operator

What You'll Be Doing Operate bulldozer equipment safely and efficiently to move, grade, and level materials. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliable operation. Follow site plans, grade stakes, and instructions to achieve precise material placement. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate site activities and ensure productivity. Maintain adherence to all safety, environmental, and operational standards. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers in a production environment. Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices. Ability to interpret site plans, grade indicators, or supervisor direction accurately. Reliable attendance and a consistent work ethic supporting team productivity. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
