Description of the Position:

Responsible for influencing consumer selection decisions at the time of purchase through customer relationship and service, achieving excellence execution of the brands we represent. This will be carried out through the outlined actions, execution at the point of sale, communication with colleagues and clients, or any other established follow-up mechanism. The nature of the position requires working 99% of the time outdoors in coordination and participation in client views, activities, and events among others. Responsible for the coordination and logistics necessary for the execution or implementation of both promotional programs at the point of sale and brand experiences for the company.

Essential Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the completion of daily work reports and evaluations of execution at the sales points of the represented brands.

In charge of the evaluation of persuasion strategies for the coordination and/or negotiation of established initiatives by the brands.

Responsible for channeling identified distribution opportunities.

In charge of communicating the needs for materials, equipment, and/or tools necessary for the fulfillment of the execution guide or assigned projects.

Responsible for ensuring the availability of all promotional elements (product, inventory, price, assigned/designed visibility).

In charge of the coordination (initial and reverse logistics) and setup of events related to brand experiences for consumers, and internal and external clients.

Responsible for the presentation of brand activation programs, to guide and clarify doubts or questions to assigned clients.

Responsible for maintaining an open and direct communication process with product managers.

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge Required:

GA or BA in Business Administration and/or equivalent to 2 years of experience.

Two (2) years in Sales or Promotion and Negotiation Activities in consumer products (Alcoholic Beverages).

Current Driver's License (ELAPR Category 8).

Strong time management skills and proficiency in electronic equipment (smartphones). Ability to interact with diverse audiences.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 360 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).

Strong effective communication skills verbally and in writing in English and Spanish at all leadership levels.
