Job Skills / Requirements Unarmed Security Officer Location: Ridgefield, WA Available Shifts: * 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * 11:00pm to 6:00am Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Job Summary Now hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in Ridgefield, WA. This position offers competitive pay at $18.00 per hour and the opportunity to work in a professional security environment. We are seeking dependable candidates with flexible availability who can maintain a safe and secure environment while delivering excellent customer service.Weekday and weekend availability is required. Responsibilities * Conduct routine foot patrols (vehicle or golf cart patrols if assigned) * Monitor property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations * Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies * Write clear, detailed, and accurate incident reports * Provide customer service and assist visitors, staff, and clients * Follow all company policies and site post orders * Participate in required training and maintain professional standards Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Prior experience in security, military, law enforcement, or customer service preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to remain professional in high-pressure situations * Strong observation and problem-solving skills * Reliable transportation required * Flexible schedule with weekend availability Requirements * Must pass background check (criminal, credit, and motor vehicle) * Must pass pre-employment drug screening (if required) * Must be dependable with consistent attendance Competitive pay.
