Classic Rock is seeking an experienced, driven, and relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager to develop new business, grow existing customer relationships, and drive profitable sales growth throughout Florida within our manufactured stone veneer and installation business. The ideal candidate is a proactive business builder who enjoys uncovering opportunities, developing customer relationships, creating long-term growth, and taking ownership of results.

Position Overview

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing new customer relationships, growing existing accounts, identifying project opportunities, and managing opportunities from initial development through project award and handoff.

Business Development

• Develop new customer relationships and generate profitable revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue opportunities with builders, developers, general contractors, architects, and commercial customers.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans.

Account Management & Relationship Building

• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
• Expand business within existing accounts.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and jobsite visits.

Opportunity & Pipeline Management

• Maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Coordinate estimating and proposal development.
• Negotiate pricing and scope within company guidelines.

Internal Collaboration

• Partner with Operations, Estimating, Project Management, Customer Service, and Manufacturing.
• Support project handoff and customer retention.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales or business development experience.
• Experience within construction or building products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid driver license and ability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Stone veneer, masonry, exterior cladding, or installation-services experience.
• Existing Florida construction market relationships.
