Job Description

AlTi is seeking an Associate for a newly created Data Operations and Reporting Team as part of our continued global growth. The Associate will be a key team member as we build out the Data Ownership and Reporting/Analytics Team. The role will focus on how data is captured, maintained, and made accessible to users, while supporting the broader data operations function and related workflows. We are looking for someone with an understanding of and compliance with SOX, data governance principles, information barriers and information security.

The Operations and Reporting Team will work to map and optimize dataflows/data processes across the business, deliver intelligence from data, and maintain data quality through effective data governance and management to provide a "single source of truth". This role will be based in New York and will involve periodic travel to the Delaware office.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and day-to-day execution of the Data Operations function to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Assist in monitoring and resolving data integrity issues, including escalation items for advisors and clients
• Identify opportunities to automate data processes and reduce manual workflows across the business
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Platform teams to improve data workflows and user experience
• Contribute to the development of a center of excellence for reporting, modeling, and analytics
• Support data governance, security, and control frameworks to ensure high data quality standards
• Assist in new product development initiatives and evaluation of tools or technologies to improve reporting and data access
• Prepare materials and analysis using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support internal and client-facing initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3–6 years’ experience within wealth management, financial services, operations, or data-related roles
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Experience with systems relating to performance reporting and client relationship management, preferably Addepar and Salesforce
• Understanding of data governance and data quality management principles
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a heavy emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation
• Desire to work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, and education. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus. The range for this role is $75 – 90k
