Junior Payroll Assistant
This position is perfect for Maltese speakers keen on mastering payroll processes, eager for rapid career growth, and passionate about contributing to a team that's shaping the future. What you'll do:
- Maintain top-notch employee records with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.
- Become the go-to person for all things payroll, delivering clear and prompt responses.
- Handle payroll calculations with precision, ensuring all details are perfectly aligned.
- Stay ahead of payroll regulations and tax law changes, keeping our processes sharp and compliant.
- Collaborate with our dynamic Payroll & HR team to refine and innovate payroll practices.
We're looking for someone with at least a year's experience in payroll or a related field. Bonus points for proficiency in Shireburn Indigo Payroll Software (not mandatory). A self-starter who's organized, deadline-savvy, and ready to grow. Fluent in English and Maltese, because clear communication is key. A team player with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for accuracy.
