Job Overview

Geeks on Site is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager with direct marketing experience in U.S.-based Home Services companies to plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, qualified leads, service bookings, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and managing marketing campaigns for U.S.-based residential service businesses and understands the unique challenges of customer acquisition in the Home Services industry.

This role requires someone who can coordinate marketing specialists and external agencies, manage campaigns and budgets, and translate performance data into actionable improvements.

We are looking for a senior marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can take ownership of marketing performance for the Geeks on Site brand.

This is not a purely strategic or theoretical role. This is execution + leadership + growth + ROI accountability.

Responsibilities

Marketing Planning & Team Coordination

• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with Geeks on Site's business objectives and revenue goals.
• Coordinate marketing specialists, agencies, and vendors, establishing priorities, deliverables, and performance expectations.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and resources, recommending adjustments based on performance.
• Collaborate with company leadership to identify growth opportunities, launch campaigns, and improve marketing processes.
• Ensure marketing initiatives support the company's overall growth strategy and customer acquisition objectives.

Integrated Marketing & Brand Management

• Manage a comprehensive mix of marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, local SEO, paid social media, content marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and website optimization.
• Maintain consistent Geeks on Site brand messaging, positioning, creative assets, and customer communications across all channels.
• Oversee landing pages, website performance, and conversion optimization initiatives in collaboration with design, content, and technical resources.
• Develop campaigns that strengthen brand recognition, customer trust, and market visibility.
• Support new service launches, customer retention initiatives, and geographic market expansion.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and strengthen Geeks on Site's competitive positioning.

Home Services Customer Acquisition

• Plan and execute local and service-area marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified calls, customer inquiries, and booked service appointments.
• Apply relevant marketing strategies, including Google Business Profile, Google Local Services Ads where available, local SEO, geographic targeting, and location-specific landing pages.
• Develop marketing initiatives tailored to the U.S. Home Services market and customer purchasing behavior.
• Evaluate campaign performance by geographic location, service category, lead quality, and conversion to booked jobs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align marketing demand with technician availability, service coverage, and fulfillment capacity.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition in existing service areas and support expansion into new U.S. markets.

Performance, Analytics & Revenue Impact

• Track and optimize key marketing performance indicators, including:
• Qualified Leads
• Cost per Lead (CPL)
• Cost per Booked Service
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Conversion Rate
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Marketing-Attributed Revenue
• Maintain marketing dashboards and provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Test and optimize messaging, marketing channels, audiences, campaigns, and landing pages.
• Identify underperforming initiatives and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Improve lead tracking, CRM workflows, marketing attribution, and handoffs between Marketing and Sales.
• Ensure marketing investments contribute to measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign performance management.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating or managing marketing team members, agencies, vendors, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Required: Direct marketing experience working with U.S.-based Home Services companies , such as HVAC, plumbing, pest control, appliance repair, electrical services, residential cleaning, in-home technical support, or comparable residential service businesses.
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns targeting customers in the United States.
• Demonstrated success generating qualified leads, inbound calls, service appointments, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue for Home Services businesses.
• Strong understanding of paid media, SEO/local SEO, content marketing, email marketing, branding, marketing automation, and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing geographically targeted marketing campaigns for U.S. service markets.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics and tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage budgets, prioritize marketing initiatives, and communicate performance in terms of business outcomes.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based leadership and global team members, with sufficient overlap with U.S. business hours.

• Experience supporting multi-location or nationwide Home Services companies operating in the United States.
