Commercial Litigation / Associate / Nashville

Polsinelli is seeking a mid-level (3 - 4 years) associate to join our Commercial Litigation practice in our Nashville office. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will possess at least three to four years’ experience in Commercial Litigation, including managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation, including drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, pre-trial filings, injunctions and court appearances. Prior clerkship experience is a plus. Polsinelli is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice.
