SAP S/4HANA Engagement Manager

15+ years of consulting/SAP delivery experience, with recent leadership experience managing SAP S/4HANA transformational initiatives. Most recent experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation / system conversion / landscape transformation Demonstrated ability to manage client stakeholders and project teams at all levels; proven executive communication and presentation strength. Multi module implementation exposure (e.g., Finance, Sales, Procurement, etc.) and experience with multiple full lifecycle SAP engagements. Experience in proposal preparation and business case development using SAP solutions (strong plus for consulting-led roles). Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones with global teams Exposure to professional services-specific SAP processes and cross-module integration (e.g., PS/SD/FI touchpoints) Roles & Responsibilities Own end to end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud implementation for a professional services client Lead client-facing workshops such as requirements confirmation, fit to standard playback, and functional design validation Oversee and guide cross functional consultants (e.g., Finance, SD/PS, Solution Architecture) to ensure consistent architecture and delivery across workstreams. Manage stakeholder alignment across business, technology, and third party system owners; drive decisions and escape risks with documented governance. Maintain transparent reporting—RAID, status, financials, and deliverables—consistent with professional services delivery lifecycle expectations. Define and manage deployment strategy, readiness assessments, and cutover plans; lead stage gate reviews and ensure compliance with governance. Coordinate cutover across multiple workstreams/geographies; establish a go live command center and plan hypercare support. Communicate deployment status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.
