This is a hands-on leadership opportunity, not a role spent watching from the sidelines. You'll guide our administrative team, help employees build their skills, and keep the behind-the-scenes work supporting our customers running smoothly. Where you'll make a difference

• Bring out the best in your team. Coach employees, set clear expectations, and help people grow.

• Keep the day moving. Balance priorities, coordinate workloads, and pitch in when the team needs a hand.

• Get the important details right. Oversee account-support work such as titles, insurance, payments, credit bureau reporting, bankruptcies, and monthly reports, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

• Be someone others can count on. Help resolve customer and employee concerns, keep reports and time records on track, and work closely with the GM & VP of Collections.
