Repossessions Coordinator
We're seeking a Repossessions Coordinator to support a busy commercial collections team managing delinquent transportation and equipment accounts. This role is phoneheavy and ideal for someone confident, organized, and comfortable working highvolume accounts.

What You'll Do as the Repossessions Coordinator:

Manage 100-130 active accounts that are 180+ days past due
Make 25-50 outbound calls per day to commercial customers
Communicate and coordinate with repossession agents
Track repossession progress using internal portals and notes
Handle disputes, payment plans, and customer negotiations
Maintain detailed account documentation and followups

Qualifications for the Repossession Coordinator:

2+ years of commercial collections experience (industry flexible)
Strong phone presence and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Organized, proactive, and able to think on your feet
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and account tracking
