Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Family Unity Counseling, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Providing therapy for couples, ensuring both partners benefit from joint sessions as well as individual sessions.
\n
• Addressing an array of family issues, including but not limited to conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment issues related to separation or divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients through challenges such as alcohol abuse, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions to assure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapeutic services cater to a broad spectrum of clients, focusing on adults as well as children and adolescents. You will work closely with individuals navigating various life challenges, including behavioral issues, family dynamics, and significant life transitions. Our team is particularly skilled at addressing complex family situations such as blended families and mother-daughter conflicts.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
