We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing our business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and bridging the gap between our operational needs and technology solutions to drive efficiency and growth. This is a fully remote position, offering a competitive compensation rate of $45 - $60 USD per hour.As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments, including sales, design, and production, to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.Evaluating existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimised solutions.Translating business requirements into clear functional specifications for system enhancements or new technology implementations.Developing and maintaining detailed documentation, including process maps, user stories, and business cases.Analysing data to generate insights and creating comprehensive reports for management to support strategic decision-making.Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet organisational needs.Supporting project management activities by helping to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process modelling.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.A self-starter with the discipline and ability to work productively in a remote setting.Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.Experience within the manufacturing, bespoke furniture, or construction industry is highly advantageous.Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is desirable.In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer:A competitive hourly rate.The flexibility and convenience of a fully remote working arrangement.The opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing company dedicated to quality and craftsmanship.A collaborative and supportive team environment.
