What You’ll Be Doing: Outbound Calling: Make high-volume daily calls to engage potential clients and introduce our services. Prospecting: Identify, research, and develop new business leads through calls, emails, and online sourcing. Building A Pipeline: Maintain a strong funnel of prospects and follow up consistently to move deals forward. Creating Connections: Connect with clients to understand their staffing needs and present tailored solutions. Collaborating: Work closely with recruiters to ensure smooth placements and exceptional service. Activity Tracking: Document outreach, track progress, and meet weekly call and prospecting goals.
