In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S. Job Description We are looking for a Customer Experience professional to join our Talley team in Corona, CA! Summary The Distribution Customer Experience Sales role is responsible for providing national-level support to the sales organization as well as acting as the primary Rexel contact for Talley on electrical catalog maintenance and EDI transaction processing. Collaborate closely with Talley Sales Management across Broadband and sales to ensure product data accuracy and efficient order fulfilment. What You’ll Do Responsible for managing EDI transaction processing for the distribution centers, ensuring timely and accurate data exchanges with trading partners Maintain and update the electrical catalogue to keep product information current and accurately mapped for EDI integration and sales use Enter and process orders in Prelude, demonstrating practical proficiency with Prelude order-entry functions Collaborate with vendors and Rexel leadership to resolve issues, drive process improvements, and provide operational support as needed Work with Talley Sales Management (Broadband and Sales) to align catalog content and EDI processes with commercial objectives and requirements Serve as the primary contact across the Talley organization to ensure service excellence for internal stakeholders in every department and for all external customers Responsible for Quote and Order Entry on the electrical side of the business Service current and new account to assure growth and customer satisfaction Additional job duties and responsibilities may be added at any time, as business needs may dictate Display Talley’s Mission, Shared Principles, and the Big Goal in all employee interactions Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations Engage work with a high sense of urgency and be highly organized and detail oriented Display strong work ethic and honesty and adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information as required by the Company Job Duties Disclaimer The information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job. For the state of California only, the pay range is $58,100 to $72,600, depending upon qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law.
