Program Coordinator, Relocation

Job Summary Support a high-volume department by performing administrative tasks. Minimum Qualifications Proficiency in computer and phone applications, primarily Microsoft, Google Suite, Google Calendar. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team‑centric attitude with great attention to detail. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Ability to walk or remain on foot for extended periods as required. Ability to lift 50 lbs. High school diploma/ GED, or a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Preferred Qualifications Maintain high levels of communication with team members and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Problem solving, learning new processes, and taking ownership of tasks. Willingness to learn and proactively contribute to the team. Reliability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Logistics experience or knowledge of the moving industry and/or office relocation process. Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area plus 1 year of relevant professional experience (can be substituted). Responsibilities Review the ticketing system and flag priority tickets, escalating them as necessary. Email and call customers to obtain details. Take accurate notes while walking through project sites or attending meetings. Collect, organize, and archive data critical to project management. Work closely with the department team, including movers and crew leaders, and other stakeholders across the organization. Assist in the field as needed: escort moving teams, monitor projects, count and photograph items, preview and assess spaces. Exhibit courteous, timely, and professional communication at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.
